“Separation”, is a creation that I unconsciously thought was about birth. While creating several clay pregnant bodies and examining why I was compelled to make detached figures, I discovered the truth. I was mourning the loss of a grand child and felt sad for almost losing my daughter. The making of the bodies was a form of therapy. Which brought me to the acceptance of death and the value of Life.
